AKA Presents: ThanksGiving ThrowDown Series
Schedule:
November 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th. (Saturday)
Doors Open at 10am for practice, Racing Starts at 4pm
3 of 4 count (1 throwout)
Entry:
Entries will be accepted the day of the Series. (Saturday)
$20 for 1st, $15 for 2nd, $15 for 3rd ($5.00 will go into the pot from each entry.)
Point Structure:
Qualifying Points and Final Result Points Will Be Combined Per Round:
Qualifying Example: TQ = 100pts, 2nd qual = 99pts, 3rd qual = 98pts, 4th qual = 97pts, 5th qualifier = 96, 6th qualifier = 95.........................................
Mains Example: Winner = 100pts, 2nd = 99pts, 3rd = 98pts, 4th = 97pts.............................................
EXAMPLE: So a racer that qualifies 3rd (98 points) and finishes 2nd (99 points) will receive a round total of 197
Participation Point:
November 5th – 1 point

Classes:
Beginner: 2wd any motor, 2s Lipo
Beginner: 4wd any motor, 2s Lipo
Stock Buggy: 17.5 non timing, 2s Lipo
Modified Buggy: any motor, 2s Lipo
Stock Truck: 17.5 non timing, 2s Lipo
Modified Truck: any motor, 2s Lipo
Modified 4wd Buggy: any motor, 2s Lipo
Stock Short Course: 17.5 non timing, 2s Lipo
Modified Short Course: any motor, 2s Lipo
4wd Short Course: any motor, 2s Lipo
Open Wheel Short Course: Losi SCB, Kyosho DB, or any 2wd Short Course Truck with Open Wheel Buggy Body. Any motor and 2s Lipo
Prizes:
*Top 5 will receive Trophies & Cash. (30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%)
*Beginner classes will receive Race Bucks. (must have rewards card)
*Top 3 in each class will receive a plaque each and every round.
*Each racer that qualifies in the series (must race 3 of 4) will receive a pair of AKA Rebar Tires for either their Buggy or Short Course Truck. (end of series)
